Help! My account data has disappeared!

Unfortunately we're seeing a few instances of other players cheating and hacking in items that they didn't actually earn. We believe World of Pets should be a safe and welcoming experience for everyone, and cheating is not something we want to see within the community

Due to this we've put in place some anti-cheat measures that will prevent some of these accounts from retaining data that has been hacked in, to ensure that everyone has a fair and equal playing experience. 

If you find yourself in a situation where you've lost some of your saved data, as a first step please try logging out and closing the game. When you log back in you should see all your account data. 

If you're still having issues please get in touch with support with the support request type listed as "Help me I've lost my account / data".

From there someone from our support team will investigate your issue and get back to you as soon as possible!
