How to Send a Crash Report (iOS)

Have you run into a bug in game? We are sorry to hear that! Luckily, it's super easy to get in touch with support.

Sometimes the Legends over at PlaySide will need just a little bit more info to look into your report. That's where crash reports come in - they give the team more data to look at to hopefully isolate the issue.

To locate and email crash reports for iOS, and iPadOS apps:

1. Open the Settings app on your device. 

2. Scroll down to "Privacy" and scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Analytics & Improvements" section of Settings on the device. 

3. Tap on the setting Analytics Data.

4. Locate the log for your app. The log name starts with <AppBinaryName>_<DateTime> for crash reports, or JetsamEvent_<DateTime> for high-memory use crashes.

5. Select the desired log.

6. Tap the Share icon, and select Mail to send the crash report as a mail attachment in a Support Ticket.
